Minzhu Xu
Ms. MInzhu Xu has extensive experience in advertising, marketing and public relations. She has been a retail investor since November 2022, researching and analyzing market trends and economic indicators to secure investment opportunities to realize financial growth. From April 2018 to October 2022, Ms. Xu was the private equity partner of Hanfor Capital Management Ltd., where she was responsible for identifying and assessing potential investment opportunities. From November 2011 to March 2018, she was the PR director at Fleishman Hillard PR Agency, where she designed annual public relations and communication plan, developed business overview, and controlled the overall progress of projects. From October 2007 to October 2012, she was the PR director at Ogilby and Mather, where she led proposals for new clients’ brand promotions, integrated and managed resources to analyze project objective. Ms. Xu obtained her bachelor’s degree in history from Nanjing Normal University in 2003. Ms. Xu obtained her master’s degree in communication from Peking University in September 2007.
Xiaoyue Zhang
Ms. Xiaoyue Zhang has extensive experience in management. She was the founder of Zeo Creation LLC and was in charge of its management and operation from January 2019 to April 2024. From July 2019 to December 2023, she was the assistant to the chairman of PX Global Advisors, LLC, where she was responsible for the project management. From August 2020 to January 2022, Ms. Zhang served as a director at Hudson Capital Inc. (now known as Freight Technologies, Inc.). From March 2022 to December 2023, she was the vice president of NY Swap Holding Ltd., where she focused on office management. Ms. Zhang obtained her bachelor’s degree in business Japanese from Zhengzhou University in 2011, and her master’s degree in marketing from Pace University in 2016.
Alex Lightman
Alex Lightman is an author, inventor and entrepreneur and a pioneer in the early days of AI, AR, IPv6, 4G wireless broadband and what later became known fracking. He received his Bachelor’s of Science from MIT’s Course I (Civil and Environmental Engineering) and pursued graduate studies at MIT’s Sloan School of Management and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. He is the recipient of four global awards for technology including the first Economist magazine Readers Award for “the innovation to most radically change the decade”. He is the author and coauthor of six books, most recently Augmented: Life In The Smart Lane.
David Sean Lu
Mr. Lu served as an advisor to Opulous USA LLC, a leading music company in the blockchain and decentralized finance space, starting in 2021. In this role, he provided strategic guidance and insights to drive the company's growth and innovation.
Prior to this, Mr. Lu was a Partner at Hamilton Pro Management Inc., a real estate company based in New York, from 2016 to 2021. At Hamilton Pro, he was instrumental in expanding the company's operations and managing its asset holdings. His leadership and vision significantly contributed to the company's growth and success in the competitive real estate market.
Mr. Lu's extensive experience is further underscored by his academic background. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a focus in Economics from the Pace University Lubin School of Business in 2016, where he developed a strong foundation in financial principles and economic strategies.
With a robust background in finance and a forward-thinking approach to the evolving web3 landscape, Mr. Lu brought a wealth of knowledge and strategic insigh. His expertise in blockchain technology and decentralized finance made him a valuable asset in navigating the complexities and opportunities of the digital economy.
George Yijian Xu
Mr. George Yijian Xu is a certified public accountant licensed in the State of New York. He has been practicing certified public accounting for over 30 years. He has led his accounting firm, George Xu, C.P.A., P.C., to provide financial accounting, audit and tax services to companies in a variety of industries since June 2000. From September 1996 to June 2000, he worked as an accountant and manager at Gobstein, Weigarten & Goldfarb CPA LLP. From September 1992 to August 1996, he worked as an accountant and advisor at Arthur Andersen LLP. He obtained his master’s degree in accountancy from The State University of New York at Albany in September 1992. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in industrial management from Shanghai University of Engineering Science in 1986 in China.
